The Brown Bag Hunger Brigade is an idea that hit Hobz one morning after work in the winter of 2011. The idea…hand deliver food and other needed items to homeless youth, families and individuals in their current situation. So, we gathered donations and friends and hit the streets Christmas Morning 2011. This was a great experience for us, our friends and family who joined us. We had full intentions of continuing our work but life got in the way and BBHB was set on the back burner. It is now Fall, 2015, and we are trying again. My hope is that we are able to continue this work with at least one project a year.
